I did not receive the glass plate that makes the scale functional. Amazon basically said "Tough Luck". Basically they say that ordering from this company is a crap shoot and the onus is on you By making the customer go through the hassle of returning the item rather then making things right, they hope you'll give up. That way Amazon and Wintime Scales both make money. It's the worst experience I have ever had with Amazon.
