This is not as sweet or chocolaty as I would have hoped, but it is a nice variation of the natural Smooth Move Tea. As the name says, it's very smooth: I've taken more than 20 of these and I've never experienced cramps or other pains that I used to experience with other laxatives. Highly Recommend it.
