Rating : - FINE FEATURED WATCH AND INEXPENSIVE for what you get
Casio gets $240 for this watch at their website. Via net
research, I got the best price here at Amazon for $144.
I have owned this watch for about 6 weeks and I am very
satisfied with the appearance and the performance.

There are only a few watches from any manufacturer that have
both solar [never need another battery] and atomic time
[always correct time/day/date] in one watch. The other major
issue for me was finding one that had several alarms;
the snooze alarm works nicely; when I am deep in daily tasks,
the other alarms help me keep appointments.
There is count down, count up, day and date [push button]
and a bright night light [push button].
This watch has an auto "sleep mode" power saving feature.
There are dozens of cities around the world with their
current times just a push button away.

CONS: The watch looks like good jewelery with deep black face/gold-
copper digital readout;The digital readout could be slightly brighter.
The watch body/band are a deep gold color; you will have
a hard time finding a band replacement color match
for this watch. Sizing when new is commonly a problem; it took a tech
ovr an hour to remove 2 links so mine fit me. He claimed the makers
do not want you changing bands, except through the watch maker or never.
However, now the band/watch is custom fit for me, I will not make
any future changes.

IN-SUM: GREAT APPEARANCE, CRAMMED WITH UNIQUE-COMBO FEATURES,
AND THE ICING, A NICE PRICE [CHECK AROUND, MAKERS ARE GETTING A
A LOT, LOT MORE MONEY FOR ONE OR NONE OF THESE FEATURES].
